i'm buying my ip4 from uk & right now i'm having the shutter wont open problem. according to some info this is a hardware issue. it's too hassle to ship back my ip4 to uk to claim for the warranty.

If u are really urgent u should call him. I think he dont come on lowyat forum as he is very busy man.... Very good service provided from him =) "CALL" not sms cos he dont really reply sms also. If u call him and he did not pick up your call most probably he is in Hong kong getting spare parts for you all zzzzzz HAHAHA
