May I ask what is the most budget 80 plus PSU as I am planning to reduce power consumption of office computers. Best bang for bucks. All CPU consist only of basic components : Processor, motherboard, single hdd and some a small tiny extra casing fan. Only a 2 CPU have dvd drive. May I know if 400 watts is sufficient? Thanks.
