Well, i flashed mine once back to the old ROM and the "fade in, fade out" animation is kinda nice. But seriously, the memory leak issue is so bad you would flash it back to the 1.93 immediately. LOL.. I reached around 68% on idle at only a few hours of using it.

Anyway, just tested my TD with tweeter the other day and kinda found out that the g-sensor (accelerometer or whatever you call it) isnt really centered. I mean, when i put my TD flat out on a flat surface, the ball will roll down towards the bottom part. Any idea how could i configure it back or should i send it back for warranty again?

There wasnt any setting icon on my teeter game during pause though.

And to those guy on the lastest ROM (2.03 i think), just wondering do you guys have that irratating message "Your SMS had been sent" pop up each time you send a SMS? How to disable that?

I cant seem to locate that part on my TD though.

The option is not ticked. But still, the message comes out every time i send a SMS.

Weird some of you guys are not getting it. I didnt enable any delivery notification and double check at the message options that there is no delivery notification checked either.

No advance config installed. I left it purely without any installation and the message thing is popping up every time i send a SMS. Weird. Maybe i should reflash and see whether the problem persist.

Now, would really like to know, what extra performance you see by turning off those bolded stuff? Would try them as well if its really that good. I tried that during the 1.93 ROM and that doesnt really make any difference. Well, at least not noticeably. The only difference in performance i am seeing is when i did a HardSPL and flash it to Custom ROMs.

Funny thing about HTC website is, they detect the region of the phone. So, even if you have purchased local original sets, you might not be able to download the softwares from HTC SEA. Instead, try HTC Asia or any other different region. That might allow you to download them

Anyway, just to share. Realised HTC fixed the lousy calender bug on the TD in the 2.03 firmware.

Yea, i for one are very happy that they fixed the bug. Use the calender quite a lot and needing to navigate to specific ones are tiresome

I didnt have that problem on mine though. I used to have that "Please Touch Here to Launch TF3D Now" during the old ROMs everytime i turn on the TD but that was gone on the 1.93.

I have that problem last time as well in a specific program. However, i did a hard reset, flash the firmware and reinstalled the software again and everything works fine after that. Probably was due to problem during installation of the program.

Is that D2 confirmed?

Looking at it, i used to say i dont like the back of the TD to look like a diamond. Prone to scratches and damage etc and prefer to have it plan and simple. But now, looking at the D2, i kinda like the current back of TD Its just too plain all of a sudden

Yea, go directly to the 2.03. I just felt its slightly better than the 1.93. The slide thing during call is better, and several bug fixes as well

It is smaller? Didnt notice that though. Probably cause i am using Compact QWERTY. Anyway, still waiting for HTC to come out with landscape layout keypad.

Well, that was due to a problem with the TD itself. Try taking a picture in Contact Mode and set it as a contact picture and it will look better. When in camera mode, touch the 2nd icon and choose CONTACT as picture option. This way, you will have a nicer looking picture for the thumbnail.

To be honest, its not too hard to do it even though you are not tech savvy. I believe you can try it on your own as i believe it wont have any issues with bricking which is the only thing you need to worry about.

The Gyrator file is a .cab file. What you need to do is, transfer the .cab file into your TD, and then locate the file via the file explorer in your TD. Launch the program and it will automatically install for you. No other settings required except for choosing an install location. Much like what you do on a PC. Just try it once yourself and you will notice how easy and effortless it could be.

I really suggest you reflash your firmware again or hard reset and see whether it works or not. As said, mine works without any problem with MP3 from the first firmware to this 2.03.

Well, if you mean would the screen rotates into landscape mode when texting, then no. Original TD does not have this feature. There is of course third party application like Gyrator that allows it.

Yes. If you have touch a TP before, its roughly about the same size as that. Probably slightly thinner

LOL..Same case with me. I am in need of a better capacity battery as the 1 day battery life just doesn't cut it for me. But i dont like it getting thicker than what it is at the moment. The slim body is just perfect for me. Therefore, i rather stick with the bad battery life

Maybe you might want to consider getting another 900mAH battery with desktop charger. I did consider that last time but when i bought it, the SIS desktop charger was not available to i skip the idea. Now, i am getting used to it anyway.
