For connect as Activesync or Disk Drive
Go to "start>settings>Connections>USB to PC" and select whichever function you need.
For Internet Sharing with your notebook for browsing
Go to "Start>Internet Sharing>Connect"
Hope this helps
Well, just figure out the problem here. Not sure whether this is a problem solely on BsB or WM6.5 or TD. After you have setup Internet Sharing for notebook as following what you said above, my notebook still cant detect the internet connection. And according to some guides on the internet, they say you will need to open the Windows Mobile Center and disable USB Connection option to be able to use it. After disabling it, you wont be able to connect the TD back via a USB cable and be detected as ActiveSync or Disk Drive.
Even using another PC, the problem still persist. Everytime you connect the USB cable, the Internet Sharing option will pop out from your TD, and your PC wont detect any connection (bear in mind, i am saying even if you use DIFFERENT PC). Not sure of the problem. After sourcing out a solution, one of the guy mentioned that i will need to change the registry. Change this option :
HKLM -> Comm -> ConnectionSharing -> DisabledOnBoot -> From 1 back to 0
And the problem is solved. Maybe it might be useful for people with problems
