Vista on Laptop, Power Plan Choices ...

When you buy a laptop, usually will come out with 3 types of power plan, for my case im using Vaio
- VAIO Optimized - Power Saver - High Performance
I would like to know is there a difference using VAIO Optimized and High Performance in terms of the CPU processing speed?

haha i think most laptop comes with the same power plan.. for mine i'm using HP.. it comes with
-HP recommended - Power Saver - High performance
to me hp recommended and high performance has no difference

always use high perfromance while at home. and power sver while outdoor.
