Scholesy's performance last night was magnificent. Nothing short of sublime. Further proof that he is indeed the world's most underrated footballer. Looked like he rolled back the years there with his superb passing and that volley is something else. Anyone who's ever kicked a ball will know how difficult it is to hit a ball flying to you diagonally at an angle like that first time. Kinda fortunate that Schwarzer let that in, but to be fair to him, it must have been pretty hard to stop a bullet like that.

Five points ahead, equal on games now. I reckon Rafa must be cracking up at home, or is he not nervous at all?
*
But its kinda odd how the ball rolls to the other side. I keep watching the replay, and I can't find any logical explanation on how the ball rolls to the other side.

In football, I've learned to discount any form of logic...From Ronaldo's back heel to freekick, Scholes' volleys, Giggs' run, you know what I mean...

Lol ahuh. I need to see up close how did Schwarzer actually let that ball slip past him. It's bugging me! AAH!

wtf at 0:15

HE JUST BLASTED THAT BALL LIKE THERE'S NO TOMORROW!

And I miss watching Scholes dribble like that. Now he's aging and all he do is blast the ball and pass magnificently

QUOTE(Hevrn @ Feb 20 2009, 11:08 PM)
I really want Tevez to stay, I really do. But looking at it at an economic perspective, it doesn't make sense to spend 32million (if the figures bandied about are true) on a third choice striker. Berba-Rooney will always be the preferred combination for many years to come, and I only see Tevez stepping in when there are injuries or a need for rotation. It seems unfair to have such a talent become a second stringer. If we have the finances to seal the deal, of course I'd hope for him to be signed asap, but all these procrastination and media talk has gotten my hopes down a bit and I fear he might be let go in the summer. Whatever it is, he's done great service to the club and will forever be remembered. He's endeared himself to the club, and so the club to himself, and wherever he goes he'll be a Devil in heart.

Gill, if you're reading this, free up some moolah for him puhlease.
*
Well, this looks like a job for,

THE ARABS!

Blagh. If we let Tevez go, we'd be stuck without a backup striker. That kid? Who's that kid? I don't know any kid.

It could be a wise choice to go and risk 32m for him, but at the same time, by an economical perspective, it's not worth it.

So right now, it's SAF's choice whether he wants to take the risk or not.

Your Manucho how? You don't rate him at Hull warm bencher? tongue.gif

Also, there's Campbell, Macheda and that kid around. Well, Tevez is a good player, but sometimes, that Kia guy is too moolahlistic.
Look at the West Ham case earlier. Who can be blame? In current economy situation, money is king.
*
He's in Hull right now and enjoying life! *kedebush*

Donotcare!

But yeah, it's all Kia Optima Joob's fault. He's the one controlling Tevez too much, with fees and such and demanding this and that. Kinda pity Tevez he's stuck with Kia.
