yeap its a gimmick...some cheap keyboard can do the same thing too...gaming keyboard are wayyy overpriced unless u fancy having a LCD screen on your keyboard to monitor your hardware and such like the logitech G15....i dont see a reason to buy one other than it looks good

its good for decorating your rig with that awesome razer blings la i think haha.....but a neccesity? i dun think so.....some cheap keyboard can press more than 5 buttons too....i have used a x6 sidewinder gaming keyboard but sold it away after a week...didnt like the flat keys though its not as flat as tarantulla...i couldnt feel the keys like i do with my trusty dell keyboard
