I have to say Celcom is doing very well nowadays. Their network quality is the best among the 3 telcos. I am using maxis now, and I have to say I notice the degradation of their network quality of late. Frequent drop calls, billing errors (getting a bit frustrating when you want to add in family lines), poor coverage.

I am just waiting for celcom to come out with a family plan similar to maxis "sharing credit" basis. If they launch that, I will port to Celcom , together with all the supplementary lines.

Maybe their customer getting bigger but their system infrastructure still not ready for it.

Maybe they should upgrade and invest more on the infrastructure to support their expanding customer.

Hey, you are right! I just checked celcom website :
http://www.celcom.com.my/celcomexec/plans/...us5_compare.php

I think they just changed the plan.

The monthly fee of RM5 has been replaced with commitment fee of RM15 and the freebies (sms, call, video call, MMS) has been doubled.

On top of that , there is an optional data plan 1 Gig for RM38, which is cheap if you ask me. I am thinking of using my iphone on this plan , RM15 (supplementary) + RM38 (1 Gig data plan) = RM53 / month. Furthermore there is a 5% discount on autobilling. With 6% service tax (next year) and 5% discount on autobilling, it will work out to be about RM53+ a month which is cheaper than Maxis which is currently charging RM30 (supplementary) + RM50 (idata plan for 500mb).

i already registered 1+5 plan between me and my fiancee. i'm in perak and she's in selangor. no need to bring her. just fill in the form and choose the number for her. for document, i think just enough her name, IC no and address only. i took nearly 6 hours just to choose a number that time, hahaha laugh.gif

rm5 plan~ emm, before this she only pay rm5/month right? now have to pay rm15/month or it just for new registration?

RM15 is for new registration.

The website says the RM5 plan will no longer be offered. Looks like you are lucky!

But the RM15 plan is not bad either because it's the commitment fee. Seriously thinking of this.

I've just changed from using my Nokia E61 to iPhone 4 for use with Celcom Blue.

I'm not sure which app is using the data as I was just checking my Celcom balance, prepaid.celcom3 for all the transaction. Anyone having the same problem?

Online checking of my Celcom account.

Can I sell my credit to other prepaid celcom user?

balance cannot be transferred between operator but you can always try to sell them at garage sales..
