Not fail la, digi, maxis, celcom customer all can port out. But then some carrier close their mnp.

According to SKMM, "Both prepaid and postpaid users can port.", if they dont follow, can be reported one.

lol.i would suggest consumers not to be so harsh, because at the end of the day, it will not be beneficial at all if they decide to charge us.

The maximum that a mobile service provider can charge for a port is RM25 but the fees might vary downwards from one service provider to another. This fees will cover the administrative charges, issuance of your new SIM card and all other costs in relation to your port.

agreed..we as consumers shouldn't be taken advantage of but we should not take advantage either..

it appears celcom 1 malaysia plan no longer throttle the speed after quota is reached. instead we will be charged ppu.

when pressed further, the customer service officer can only provide the t&c for xpax24. nothing mentioned regarding celcom 1 malaysia.

anybody here can confirm it's ppu after finish quota? if so, might need to start finding others

all celcom prepaid data plan is payu since a month ago. confirmed and proven by so many angry customer already

Celcom has recently launched a new exclusive lounge at klia2, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). Other than the usual amenities, passengers will be able to pay their bills and ask about their roaming needs. The lounge is available for customers of the following packages:
-Celcom First Elite
-Celcom First for Business
-Celcom First for Enterprise

Specialists from Celcom, also known as Celcom Telecommunications Specialist will be available to help users with:
-Roaming needs
-Bill payments
-Travel tips

Amenities available include complimentary refreshments and snacks, internet access and luggage storage. Passengers can have discussions with the Specialists for their communication needs.

Unfortunately, prepaid users are not eligible to use the lounge. We think it might be good for Celcom to provide the lounge access to other Celcom users at a fee.

Celcom is a leading mobile telecommunications provider in Malaysia. It is part of Axiata Group, which also has business presence in Asia, primarily concentrating on Southeast Asia region.

klia2 is a low-cost, purpose-built terminal located in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Unlike Main Terminal Building (MTB), klia2 does not cater for full service carriers (FSCs).
