QUOTE(poweredbydiscuz @ Jul 19 2015, 01:02 PM) I'm new to Celcom (First 38) and just received my first bill. To my surprise the amount is RM65+. I called CS and been told that the first bill consists of prorate + stamp duty + advance payment + 6%. Next month onwards will be RM38 + 6%. This makes no sense to me. A postpaid plan should bill the charges at the end of billing cycle. But what Celcom doing is bill the charges at the beginning of the cycle, which is like a prepaid. It makes us pay advance payment every month. When I sign up the plan at blue cube I was told there's no advance payment. And now I have to pay advance payment every month i believe u are mnp over . if mnp , there is no "advance payment" during register but u will get charge after the 1st bill. for those existing celcom customer that change plan they will need to pay rm40.30 (rm38+6%) during registration. blame the salesmen that didnt gv u the right info. not the celcom. the 2nd bill will be back to normal min rm40.30 if u didnt over use the sms and call.

guys don worry, network congested should b short period only. if u think u can tolerate for around 1~2 months then jsut stay witl celcom. i believe they will upgrade it after they got bigger customer base.
last time when they start offer b38. a lot of ppl port in then network congested as well, some they cant accepted it just port out . some like me just stay and eventually after july last year then network improved a lot.
and of cos. we should keep complaint the slow network to their cs . thats our right.

QUOTE(OKLY @ Apr 9 2016, 04:49 PM) Blue Cube in Mid Valley and The Gardens very crowded. Looks like the revised MaxisOne plans that was announced still isn't doing much damage control. Fuiyoh..... After new plan still got ppl want mnp then those are ppl that really want mnp and not just maxis counter offer.

QUOTE(andrewtho @ Apr 9 2016, 11:00 PM) Honestly I'm quite pleased with Celcom's speed at the moment. However, not too convinced with the coverage in Subang and Klang area. Can barely get 4G coverage in Subang areas. Klang which area? I at klang . Let me try mine.

QUOTE(NightFelix @ Apr 12 2016, 12:17 PM) Even LTE already existing, I still using H+ on my Umobile, until recently I bought my S7edge and port to Celcom yesterday, now I only start using LTE, after done some speed test, my Umobile H+ are as fast as Celcom LTE in my area (Ipoh in case you ask me). So I'm okay with H+ or LTE as long the speed are satisfaction. So LTE-A is no big deal but some fancy name feature. Reason I port to Celcom is better coverage, Umobile upload speed sucks big time. Can read incoming msg or stream video, but when search google or send msg out, it won't send out or stuck at searching at certain area due to congestion. agree... but since umobile dirt cheap, get a spare line subscribe that u28 not bad also. like that u will always under celcom+ maxis coverage.

QUOTE(spikey2506 @ Apr 15 2016, 03:19 PM) That's good news if true. I am currently on First Basic 38. Wanna add my quota but dont wanna gp to First Gold as I hardly use the calls Bro, don't n change . Keep it. Our basic 38 should be 3+3 and still more data and cheaper than basic45.
