It's around 3.78 now. Went up a bit today.. and the USD seems to be rising, reaching past 3.7 already.

When Yen goes up and USD goes down, buy from PA. When Yen goes down and USD goes UP, buy from HS or HLJ. When both Yen and USD goes up, buy from XL-shop, dcode, etc etc
