QUOTE(limsk @ May 3 2009, 01:22 AM) Funny how every month some XYZABC cable somewhere gets cut and somehow TMNet seems is the only one in the region that is affected. Like if they got a program that randomly picks a cable to break every month just to provide an excuse for shitty routing Maybe not "randomly". It is programmed. Thier most powderful load balancing policy. If (Overloaded()) If (Last 3 months no disasters) { Pick_A_Cable(); Show_Maintenance_Notice(3 weeks); } else { Show_Maintenence_Notice(3 months); } }

Recently... the latency for me after 12 midnight is surprising good. 300ms even in Dalaran. However the spike is terrible.
During day time, as usual, it is red.

QUOTE(Isx @ Oct 27 2009, 03:49 PM) well i got 200 in the morning and 700 at 10 2k at peak hours. mmm, i think im using a cheap streamyx. i want to upgrade my streamyx. Forget it, unless there are someone sharing your broadband using mass torrent or streaming. Save the money to subcribe to tunneling/proxy for WOW.
