Guys, do me a favor:

Open your command prompt and type:
ping us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com -n 1000

Or instead of the logon server, use your server's ip address (if you happen to know it).
EDIT: http://www.wowwiki.com/US_realm_list_by_datacenter
EDIT2: Ok, you can't ping Dragonblight directly apparently, damn Datacenter firewall.
EDIT3: Sigh, just ping us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com

This command will ping the server 1000 times, and from there we can see if we're just getting a lot of packet drops or just slow routing.

Paste the end result:

QUOTE
Ping statistics for 12.129.224.116:
    Packets: Sent = 10, Received = 8, Lost = 2 (20% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 316ms, Maximum = 403ms, Average = 327ms

This is an example, i'm going to ping 5000 times after this.

I think it's only a Klang Valley thing. At about 9am yesterday (or was it two days ago) nobody around my area had internet access (my bro checked their wifi *cough*).

TM 100 said that there was a technical issue around Klang Valley, but it got fixed on that day itself. Ever since then I've been getting very very bad connections.

Legendary 60.48 seems "stable".

hey guys it could be your modem. If you tend to leave ur modem on all the time and in hot conditions ur modem will spoil very fast.  I had a shit load of problems then the TMnet guy came and checked and asked me to change my modem and now connection stable, getting 300ms with tunneling service, no DCs in the past 2 weeks except one time.

I burnt through 2 modems this way, so now i just use a D-Link ADSL Wireless Router (which is a Modem + Layer 3 Switch + AP combo). It hasn't been turned off for the past 7 months, only soft reboots to update firmware or to muck around with WiFi.
