Open your command prompt and type:
ping us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com -n 1000
Or instead of the logon server, use your server's ip address (if you happen to know it).

EDIT2: Ok, you can't ping Dragonblight directly apparently, damn Datacenter firewall.
EDIT3: Sigh, just ping us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
This command will ping the server 1000 times, and from there we can see if we're just getting a lot of packet drops or just slow routing.
