i still need a 60.49 ip to avoid a disconnect every 15-20 mins.

Well, to be honest the line were never "fixed". The latency can be good but the lag spike is damn obvious.

Yeah, really surprise. I thought we were first before Singapore in Broadband now 10+ years down the road, we are still paying the same old shitty price where else every other nation and their mother has move on. Can you imagine we are really the laughing stock of the world when all our ISP still offers 1MB at the price overseas are paying for 20MB??? Its almost like only last year we shifted from 56k modem.
