Seems that Bandai is keeping up with their DX models

Just finished assembling my 1/72 VF-27 gamma Brera custom model kit. Probably won't be getting anymore macross model kits after my experience with the lucifer. It just seems soooo...... fragile 

Well yea its a model kit and its not meant to be played with. I've already done some damage to some of the decals and there are some stress marks on some of the tabs after trying to transform it from fighter to battroid the first time after assembly. Will probably keep it in fighter mode where it looks great and much more robust in terms of construction compared to the other modes. ANd there's no swivel joint at the knee for gerwalk mode. Grrrrrr 
But nonetheless its a really detailed kit and looks awesome as a display piece

i thing saw some in ebay and also forummer here selling less than 650.
i'll put the link if i saw it again. 

for DX figure i use a transparent rubber band(you can find them in transformers toy packaging.. it's normally use to tie up transformers toy in one piece...) i tie up the lower front body and the back area of my DX VF-25F together... his's waist and body can stand very well now even with super parts on him... and it's not visible at all...

those should be ok... at least on mine... the waist is the one you should worry about... meanwhile you can check out some video review on youtube... some did mention which part is fragile and should be handle with care...
