hi, i use winpwn to jailbreak iphone 2g 8gb..
but, the apple logo still there aftrer 40 minutes, is that normal ?
or what should i do ??

Which steps did you use? Can you show the URL that you use to JB?

nothing much that you can do except to unplug the iphone from the usb cable.

turn your iphone off and on thereafter. observe if the iphone keeps restarting (by seeing if the white apple logo comes back on intermittently). if this happens, it suggests that your iphone is currently in a "loop".

open your itunes software again (without winpwn this time) and hold the home button as you re-connect the usb cable back to restore your iphone.

At which step you got that message..?

open itunes and connect your iphone. Hold power and home button for 10seconds, release power and hold home button for another 10 seconds until your itunes detect your iphones.

restore. and repeat the step again. it will fix your problem...

U use winpwn to jailbreak which firmware? Winpwn stop supporting jailbreak for firmware 2.0.2 and below. if your jailbreaking firmware 2.2 then u must use quickpwn. No wonder the phone stuck like that.

isnt it weird? coz IIRC, before goin' for pwn, need to c0ok the firmware 1st. by this way, the winpwn can clarified wheter the firmware being to use correct or not
