is there any app which allow me to reboot my phone? getting tired to turn on and off everytime it hang or cannot connect to wireless network

my phone no longer can use the the touch screen anymore

there is a a something like a crack/patch on the screen although there no problem with the display

anybody have experience the same problem?

how much to rectify the screen?

does it cover by the warranty? i am using an AP set
