I think there will be no more new firmware for all UIQ phones as UIQ development is already "DEAD"

hey guys, i found out that when the keypads are locked. The screen still lights up in a dimmed way while telling me to press the unlock key when i press any key on the keypad. This really burns the battery life as i put my phone in my jeans.

So is there a mod or a way to lock all the keys except the back and * button from making the screen light up when its in lock mode?

Im planning to let go mine. 80% scratch less. the 20% is minor scratches on the corner (i work as network engineer, most of the scratches is came from riser). Over all the phone is well maintained.
