What mode you should use depends on the type of photography you're shooting.
Say you're shooting some action photography and you want to do some panning shots, in this case S mode would be the most suitable mode.
Or you could be shooting landscapes and wish to have a big depth of field, then you could switch to A mode to select a smaller aperture.

talk about battery...anyone how much a ori batt for lx3 is selling?

going HK soon...still thinking wanna bring my dslr or juz lX3...

if got extra batt i think im cool by juz using LX3..more convenince n less weight i need to put...
