Does any1 how Rotate display work? I try to switch it ON but still no effect on those photos that took vertically.

Using LX3 for few weeks...it's really a good camera but now feel like wanted to move to DSLR like 1000D or 450D which I can get different lens to play with and better IQ on high ISO, what do you guys think?
