just preordered my iphone 3gs and now looking for some casing with a good grip. I am using incase rubber grip for 2 years plus on my iPhone and am very happy with it.
Sadly no one bringing incase rubber grip in Malaysia. So i am looking for an alternative. any recommendation?

QUOTE(teikwing @ Jul 19 2009, 03:37 PM) @chizzu:there's a wide variety of cases for 3G/3GS heres. do read about their reviews and decide from there. i've used variety of rubber cases and i do think SwitchEasy Colors is one of the best. (and affordable + hip/trendy too) ; i looked at switcheasy colors and was quite interested in getting it but from the pic it looks a bit bulky might give it a try thanks for the recommendation This post has been edited by chizzu: Jul 19 2009, 03:43 PM

QUOTE(xandman @ Jul 19 2009, 08:12 PM) bro... why not try the rebel series from switcheasy? ive been using them for the entire time... and it looks good! not to my liking abit too flashy design QUOTE(teikwing @ Jul 19 2009, 08:26 PM) @chizzu:it's not that bulky actually. and the hard-jelly resin home button is kinda cool too. if you want thinner ones you might wanna look at Incipio Feather. around RM75. alrite will give it a try

just got my switcheasy colors. its nice fitting rubber casing and feels smooth on my hand. just worried that there is not much grip on it and slip down my hands p/s: i screwed up 1 screen protector as well due to dust.. lucky switcheasy gave 2 screen protectors

QUOTE(teikwing @ Aug 6 2009, 06:21 PM) err silicone cases should provide you a sufficient grip. you should try using the phone without any case, it's much more 'sillpery'. frankly, i'm kinda disappointed with SP that SwitchEasy bundle with, they get scratched easily. yes. just applied it with the squeegee that they provided... already scratched my screen protector before i even use it

QUOTE(teikwing @ Aug 6 2009, 06:36 PM) there are 2 layers covering the SP. one is the sticking to screen side while another outer layer is to protect the SP. did you remove the outer layer? oh thanks for the heads up! lol silly me its been quite some time since i put up a screen protector. there are some dusts stuck inside
