It seem my N79 got problem....whenever I take picture, it wont store either in HP memory or External memory....already check all the setting but still cudnt find any abnormality....please help me

How to soft reset? Izzit off and on back the phone? if I restore phone to factory setting will it format all my application,phonebook or anything inside the phone?

After soft reset....still cant save captured picture....now dunno wud else to do....

After I check my external memory, it seem my pc detect some sort of "virus"... then after delete it...now phone become ok again....dunno how those "virus" can come into my phone....now phone become normal back....

Anyway thanks for all the advice....
