File Explorer seems like File Manager in ur device bro..
But FExplorer can zip certain file lolx..

FExplorer can hide files?

not sure bro...s i noe FE xplorer juz for browsing file eg music, documents, video or image files.

Hey people,i am thinking about buying a n79 and i have a few questions.First,is it true that zooming a picture using n79 takes ages?i heard that it takes around a minute or so.is this true?and second,this isn't a major concern though,but is it true that upon receiving a msg,the name of the sender is not displayed and only displayed in the inbox?

Whenever I use my home WLAN and surf the net, my maxis credit decreases..


Is it because the phone is using 3G instead of the WLAN?

ha?sound impossible...connecting wlan then ur credit decrease?try connect wlan in offline mode bro...

I just opened Menu -> Tools -> WLAN Wiz -> Start web browsing -> "www.youtube.com"

after loading a youtube video, 20 cents already gone

sound weird...
pls go to Tools>Settings>Connection>Destinations>Internet(izzit the WLan access point is there?)
or
After u go Tools>WLan Wiz>(must choose any of the access point that can use instant of needed password)>start web browsing (every connected WLan has a small icon in upper right shown)>youtube(as youtube had been set into phone instant of typing again).

After trying this pls tell again ur situation

Added on May 2, 2009, 2:33 am1) When camera is on and you zoom in the scene it's no delay at all.
2) Zooming in photo also no delay but after a new photo is taken it's needed a few second to clarify...
3) Every registered contact name will shown when ever in msg or calling.

i think one of the factor why this thread is slow is because this phone has not much problem relative to the size of its user base

Erm...yea this shone quite stable with not much problem.
But i will prefer the firmware can release a better 1 in this short while seen there is some problem in now v11.049

i wish nokia could update the current 11.049 firmware.. it still buggy in certain extend. and sometimes my phone get hang when i try to unlock the phone..

my ol phone nokia 6288 can't seem to transfer the contacts to n79.
symbian incompatibility ?

yeah, totally agree... always gets hang whenever i unlock my phone.. it just gets stuck there... hav to restart manually everytime =(

btw, when im viewing my photos.. why it will take like 10 seconds to see it clearly? izzit coz i hav too many pictures?

gonna buy this baby after the end of this month.. can't wait.
