hello seniors, recently my n79 keep on vibrate once a while and the theme change automatically once got the vibration... may i know what's wrong with my phone??
i already tried to format my memory card and hard reset... but the same problem is still there.. any solution???

i think ur problem is because ur back cover contact pin is not intact well.. u can go to theme and turn off the automatic theme change feature.. it should solve ur problem.. the phone detect theme change when the pin located back of the phone touches the chip on the cover.. so if the phone vibrates, the pin might "think" ur back cover is change.. so with some setting inside theme should solve ur problem..

by the way, v30 seems no major difference.. anyone notice any changes? if possible please post the change log here.. mine get disturbance during upgrading software and fortunately it didnt brick my phone..

i noticed with v30, i can only get 1 satellite signal when using gps...i leave my phone at open air for very very long time, also same...
need to switch on AGPS, if not it forever can get 1 satellite only...

the old firmware, i can get lock within 1 minute even i dont use AGPS...

help...

to those who updated to v30, how is the gps performance without using GPS? for a cold start (i nvr switch on gps for 10hrs), i stand in open air...cannot get satellite lock also even after vry vry long period...

im still using n79 version 11.049, my garmin can lock satellite below 10 second even im in my house ,demm fast than n82 and e71

im using the latest firmware which is the v30.. i hv no issue of locking down satellite. i dun think there is any major upgrade in this version, perhaps some minor bug fix which increase the stability had been included in this version..

So izzit the power saver bug fixed?

Hmm...ur phone is AP set o original set?
If u are AP set, then maybe the phone manufacture in that country is not using "pin yin" input.
If u are original set (zitron & avaxx) then sure no problem in "pin yin" input. But u can try to update again the latest firmware to solve the problem.
