Hello alphabeta, Im not using Sony but I think the setting is almost same, what do you adjust other than ISO, exposure, aperture and metering right. Hope this helps -

Thanks, it was taken with the 55-250mm only, handheld. Do try it out with different aperture range F/8-F/12 until you satisfy with the result. Yeah one more thing, spot metering is very important. As long as you get the settings correct, nothing can stop you (except for battery dry out, raining, or your mom forbids you from shooting outside during night tongue.gif )

Anyway good luck and do share with us what you got aite.

Also, if you noticed, mizivincible's moon is not a full moon... the sun is hitting it at a slight angle which gives the 3D effect on the craters on the top-right.

If you want, you can actually combine a few moon exposures to give the 3D effect across the whole moon.
