Newbie here, A200 + Kitlens. Attached are my recent hanoi trip. Condition wasn't exactly clear. Kind of smog+mist+pollution+hazy condition, The pagoda(at the centre of hoen kiem lake) is taken with 75-300mm from far far away from the other end of the lake, around 200m ?

QUOTE(syafix @ Jan 28 2009, 03:32 PM) i'm looking for DSLR, yeap it's true, the sony has noiser image relatively, on iso800 above. it's a small trade off, considering ur getting:A200 suits with my budget, but some people said it's got high noise what's that? izit true? any lack of this slr? - 9 AF points - relatively cheaper price - build in Image stabilizer (SSS) the canon and nikon has its downside too, to name a few, some might agree that the color reproduction on nikon is a bit too 'vivid' making it too comic like, and u only get 3 AF points |

mm speaking bout 50mm f1.7/1.8, comparing sony's (minolta) to nikon's version, it's like rm600(sony-used) vs rm400(nikon-new). wow is there something i'm missing for the price differences? different range?

QUOTE(jsc_tidus @ Jan 28 2009, 05:35 PM) i was reading over the comparisons @ dcresource.com. I think that's the best review site so far, as it seems to be 'neutral' on all brands, laying down pros n cons.Let me pick up one of his comments. (I do agree with this), again it is only his opinion. ''I had mixed feelings about the D60's photo quality, and I think a lot of people will disagree with me here. I think that the photos produced by the camera are too soft, and way oversaturated. Colors are so vivid that they almost appear cartoonish, in my opinion. You can dial down the saturation a bit (and increase the sharpness) using the Optimize Image feature, though I'd use that on a case-by-case basis, as it can make things a bit too dull.'
