IQ depends on individual. Some might find that the IQ is ok, some might not. To me it's quite soft. No offense.

If you don't need it urgently and don't mind waiting, just wait and see. If getting that flash earlier could help you to earn more money, just grab it. All depends on your need.
That's why it's always better to get a used one. But have to make sure you need know how to check

just got back from sg wang where I jalan2 with sifu albert and ahmike. Jalan2 survey 1680Z, 16105, siggy 1770 f2.8-4, and siggy 1850 f2.8.

the siggy 1770 is seriously insane man, damn sharp, focuses damn fast, the MFD is freaking awesome (20cm..I was almost touching ahmike's face with the front of the lens, and it still focuses) and the images are damn sharp! (i know i mentioned this twice, but I had to!)

there's not much difference between the 1680 and 16105, just the colour a bit different. (from my eyes la..)

couldn't find the tammy 1750, I'll go survey this lens first before making my decision. right now it's 50-50 between 16105 (i love the range) and the siggy 1770 (all the reasons stated above)

edmondwwk: At the current economic situation, Sigma, Nikon and Canon have increased their prices in other countries. You can expect price increases soon. That said it will be very rare for someone to sell the F58, so just go and get it.

Sad to say you still don't understand the meaning of doubt.   
Why are you so cooked up over this? Is it wrong to post what others comment about something? Some people might say that Sony is god-like, some might think that it's just another piece of thrash. Whether they say it's good or not, it's up to you to digest. Don't tell me you are those who can't accept what others comment? or your ears only welcome good points of the brand you are using? Do ponder about it.

You should get the stand as well as the pouch together in the box of the F58. Did you get both items? Better go back and claim from them if don't have..... 

Did you check in the pouch? The stand is usually kept inside a small pocket on the INSIDE of your F58 pouch. I also couldn't find it at first until sifu albnok mentioned where it was.
