QUOTE(msiddiq @ Jan 27 2009, 12:55 AM) My advice is check very carefully. Something is fishy if seller dont want COD. Price is way below street price. Could be stolen one. QUOTE(vikingw2k @ Jan 27 2009, 12:58 AM) My advise is you don't even need to consider about that cause it's definitely a conjob. Just wake up and tell yourself it's just a junk post. I'm not going to buy from the seller, I'm just posting it here, so that other users can know what kind of scammers exists out there and help spread the word. BTW, the fella replied when I asked how can I trust him:QUOTE We are an authorise seller over here in our country and well registered company and we are given all our customers outside the state 100% assurance on any product being purchase from us so no worries for you if you dealing with us as soon as your payment is being confirmed shipment proceed immediately and i will get back to you with all shipping details including the Tracking confimation code to know the time of arrival of your package. New customer to be assured you can deposit 50% of the total cost of your order and you balance immediately on arrival of the package within 8hrs. So if you strongly interested in getting this camera do tell us your quantity for the first time being our customer so that we can get business started. But he didn't not give neither his country nor the name/website of his company. That's the end of it. I'm too bored to layan him anymore. Going to sleep.. |

QUOTE(dinraxxx @ Jan 29 2009, 11:59 AM) Which one should I Buy Sigma 28-135mm F3/8-5.6 Macro or Tamron AF 28-80mmm F3.5-5.6 ? IMO, none. 28mm is just not wide enough for an APS-C camera. Maybe u'll say that u don't need wide, but believe me dude, u'll be sorry that u don't have the wide. go for SAL16105/SAL18250/KM18200 la if u want the range. My vote goes to 16105.Added on January 29, 2009, 12:09 pm QUOTE(creepydslr @ Jan 29 2009, 12:07 PM) hi guys... QUOTE(SHOfrE3zE @ Feb 3 2009, 11:35 AM) i was thinking of upgrading my kitlens since it's the most often used lens. I'm considering both the tamron 17-50 and sigma 24-70 but both have their own problem where the tammy can't be used on full-frame camera (when i want to upgrade) and sigma with the gear stripping issue. even the CZ has a focusing prob. i wonder should i find a replacement or just stick with the kitlens. why i wanna upgrade coz i want something much more sharper than the kitlens. Sigma 17-70 la bro. Insane MFD!! Ask Spooky whether you can check out his siggy la. it has the same focal length as the kit plus one extra mm at the wide end. |

just off the top of my head, the first photo has too much space on top of her head (pun intended (",) hee).. there's nothing interesting there. maybe u can crop the top, or go down and take a full portrait of her. the 2nd and 3rd picture not much to comment about, but good work! keep em coming!

just got back from sg wang where I jalan2 with sifu albert and ahmike. Jalan2 survey 1680Z, 16105, siggy 1770 f2.8-4, and siggy 1850 f2.8.
the siggy 1770 is seriously insane man, damn sharp, focuses damn fast, the MFD is freaking awesome (20cm..I was almost touching ahmike's face with the front of the lens, and it still focuses) and the images are damn sharp! (i know i mentioned this twice, but I had to!) there's not much difference between the 1680 and 16105, just the colour a bit different. (from my eyes la..) couldn't find the tammy 1750, I'll go survey this lens first before making my decision. right now it's 50-50 between 16105 (i love the range) and the siggy 1770 (all the reasons stated above) This post has been edited by craziqbal: Feb 7 2009, 08:17 PM |

boeing quoted rm1550 for the 1770.
edmondwwk: I don't know whether it is sharper than 16105, the pics are inside albert's cf card. but the 1770 is definitely brighter and it can do macro with 1:2.3@70mm, which according to albert is quite good. thanks spooky for the sample pics. very nice!
