Read the book first. Then watch.

Its a very touching and romantic story. I am not a romance type of guy and I hate this. I was recommended by my friends to read it. As a guy , I find it quite dull and boring , but alas its a very touch story (my statement is an oxymoron , so just ignore that)

If you're into love/romance and you like a story with good ending , its a MUST-READ !

like what iced nyiur said....the book is so much better.
if u really get used with reading novels, then you should probably know how biased you would surely be over something written rather than a "moving" human being infront of you tongue.gif

And I'm the one who bought it. Heh.

Anyways, I kinda don't like Cecilia Ahern, she's kinda long-winded, but I'll always have a soft spot for Ps. I Love You cos it's such a bittersweet story.

Watched the movie, but I spent half the time jokingly inserting "THIS IS SPARTAAA!!!" with hubby throughout the movie.

seriously I read the book and I feel completely nothing. Maybe I'm numb or something but it just doesn't do it for me.

I skip the movie since the book didn't do it for me.

I liked the book. But the movie kinda killed the book lah. Although the content of the letters were the same, the events were so SO different to the point that I beh tahan watch the ending.

the book was excellent. I couldn't put it down until I finished it. Be prepared with tissues though. The movie was quite dull in comparison..

But good book anyway. Worth reading!

I didn't like the book, but I did enjoy the movie.
The book is sorta boring because Holly took forever to mope and mourn the loss of her husband.

Anybody Out There by Marian Keyes has a similar storyline but way WAY funnier and more interesting.

I didnt like the book too, charissp. I rarely throw books away but this is one of them. The husband's letters are very touching but I felt like shaking Holly every other page.

I just read Marian Keyes as well! She dealt with the issue with more feelings and understanding. There are moments of sadness, wallowing too, but interspersed with disbelief, regret, rallying etc.
