If you have budget, then mayb u can try acer aspire 6935G.It has 512MB of 9600m GT dedicated graphic card.SO it would be very useful to run autocad.It cost around RM 4499

Since you are using autocad and CATIA, I suggest that your laptop must have dedicated graphic card and at least of 2GB RAM to run.If you top up another RM 1000, then you can buy BENQ S42 since it come withP8700 processor,4GB ram and 256 MB of 9600MGT DDR3 graphic card.Besides, it is more future proof.
