new car ?
if already more than 20k km, then is normal wear.
i experienced this screeching sounds from the rear before too.
the sound is an indication that the pads are worn out and needs to be replaced.
the brake system has somekind of metal to produce this sound whenever the pads are worn lesser than the metal.
correct me if i am wrong, but this was told by my service technician.
after replacing new pads, the sound is gone.

3 years alrdy,
everytimeg send to service centre,
after certain period, the screeching sounds can be heard again..
change twiced, meaning ori pad are freaking useless mad.gif
