Im new here, i need you guys suggestion

Im going to get 2nd hand civic at jalan ampang, but im have little bit worry because the car do not have the service book anymore
so how to check if the person got reset the millage meter? is there anyway to trace?
previously i read some thread got the civic checklist, i will really appreciate if somebody can tell me where i still can download the checklist before i get the civic.

All your answer here really will help in my this new baby.
