But according to the symptoms explained, you guys might as well as read up what is VSA. It is a whole system consists of TCS, 4-way ABS, Understeer correction, Oversteer correction. I believe it is one of the component working out.

Precisely... As Honda VSA utilizes 4-way ABS, there may be one of the 4 sensors not functioning properly for them.
