Hey, just to check whether UMobile is using Celcom line? If it is, they should share similar coverage right? Then, what's the benefit of buying Celcom over Umobile? Celcom's web surfing faster?

QUOTE(prosibu @ May 23 2013, 03:14 PM) Umobile 2G uses Maxis network ok. ty^^ Btw, do you know any Umobile store at Selangor provides microsim service cuz I do not want cut sim. 3G abit complicated ... maybe can google "multiple operators core network" for better explanation if you wanna know 3G using their own core network .... but coverage depends on Maxis at certain area ... but Maxis 3G coverage =/= umobile 3G coverage some ppl claims that umobile speed will be slower at these area And anyone knows whether I can get a Umobile no at IOI Mall Puchong? Ty^^ |

Thank you. But I heard problem occurs with lumia 920 when cut sim is used >< |

QUOTE(digilife @ May 24 2013, 04:21 PM) Maxis introduced LTE recently and most users that are in a LTE enabled location can log onto LTE via a Nano sim , by using iP5/Lumia920 and LTE modems. Oh, got it! Normal sim (cut sim) won't be LTE enabled. Ty^^Umobile will launch LTE soon, we also foresee that LTE will be enabled on Nano sim as this batches of simcards is the latest simcard that can support LTE ( just a speculation ) If you are not interested on LTE, just forget it. |

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ May 28 2013, 07:07 AM) You get 1 GB from now till 31st May (no prorate for data) but prorate for the free SMS, so 4/31 x 100 free SMS to U, 4/31 x 200 free SMS to non-U. Wow, thank you so much! You responded faster than their staff! (They still didn't manage to give me an answer until now) Payment would be 4/31 x RM28 + 6%. I think also got additional RM10 one-time fee or something. By the way, is there anyway to keep track of sms usage? or voice call usage? Thank you! QUOTE(mustang @ May 29 2013, 11:12 AM) Hi Er... I got it through sms... You can try what bardshah92 mentioned May I know how to request for first time password to login to u-mobile personal account online? The first time login link apparently leads to password recovery This post has been edited by DavidWKW: May 29 2013, 07:57 PM |
