The charges for the diverted part of the call will be same as normal tariff and still use your free talktime when available.

QUOTE(justaregularjoe @ Feb 13 2013, 03:25 PM) wanna ask can i upgrade frm umi28 to umi48 whenever i want with prepaid? erm, nope i don't think so. so far as i know, once you subscribe to umi28 you're basically stuck with it for a month, and all you can do is cancel the auto-renewal so you can subscribe the new plan upon expiry the one month. at least, that was my experience with U Mobile's broadband options. got any sifu here know differently??how long does it take and how is the payment like? let's say i want to walk in to any umobile shop and buy a prepaid card now, and then apply umi28 straight that day then upgrade it the next day to umi48. would it work? My experience the U Mobile speed after quota is not consistent. Sometimes feels like normal speed sometimes very slow.

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Mar 12 2013, 11:20 AM) 1) What is U Mobile's standard prepaid tariff for SMS after we exceed the free allocation? Looked around the website but couldn't find. 1) 03 / 08 sen to U / non~U2) If I port two DiGi numbers to UMI28, can these two numbers enjoy free calls with each other? Free calls to UMobile numbers is a prepaid feature, right? 3) U Mobile got any kind of online bill checking like DiGi? 2) Yes (tnc apply) 3) No online statement for prepaid currently. QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Mar 12 2013, 10:36 PM) 28. Is there a way that I can check how much data I have consumed?Yes. You can send <Data> to 28118. This will show you the exact amount of data that has been consumed. [Note: sms is chargeable to send] This post has been edited by dgboy: Mar 13 2013, 09:44 PM |

QUOTE(ChaosSixth @ May 19 2013, 12:41 AM) I dont get it about the 6 sms get free 20 sms... It is available for the same period as the free U-to-U calls, example top up RM30 you get 30 days of those free calls and 30 days of the 6 vs 20 sms offer. Is the promo is applicable to all anytime and forever or got time period only? Note that the free sms offer only applies for sms to U numbers, both the 6 sms and the 20 sms. Sms to other networks will be charged normally, unless you have free sms under UMI subscription. |

QUOTE(ChaosSixth @ May 19 2013, 01:18 PM) What if on the same time I subscribe to UMI28. Do i still have the free calls from 12am to 6.59pm and the free sms? or the current UMI28 counts into play? I will get deducted from there even though calling to /sms to umobile numbers? Yes, the UMI freebies will deduct first, even you call or SMS to other U numbers. |

Have to request Customer Service to deactivate.
And, once voicemail deactivates, there is no missed call alert. This post has been edited by dgboy: Jun 16 2013, 01:24 PM |

DG continue to discriminate against prepaid users by giving us much lower data speed. I don't really agree with that. U Mobile offer same speed to all customers as far as I know.

QUOTE(KannaSai1 @ Jun 30 2013, 05:01 PM) yup. hotlink offer Rm1 / 1gb from 2am-7am. If exceed 1GB, Maxis will drain your credit to zero in seconds.but digi offer Rm1 / 100 mb from 2am-7am. If exceed 100MB, DiGi will strangle the speed only. |
