in my experience, yes. they will give u some sort of warning 1st that the current plan no more if you renew. stg like that.

went melaka at 1 june 2013. my umobile keep at edge only.
my phone doesnot have any mode to select, mean it is wcdma/gsm auto. and no option to select network.
so my umobile ends with getting gprs and edge as long as i at melaka..

Only UMi18 is able to renew multiple times within a 30days period, other Plans like Umi28/38/48 have to wait till the 30th day then only you can renew, but if you are short of data, then just buy Booster Pack @ rm10 for 3days [quota 1GB]

Anyway, there must be many other phone models have similar problems like this
which cause umobile losing its customer/make ppl confusing their area's 3G availability ...
so .... sometime sharing network is not good as you can see/foresee

How do I setup Umobile data settings on WP8/Lumia ?

On Android, I just create APN profile (Umobile) and set APN Name (my3g)

I do that on WP8 but still can't work

I can't dial *118# code too, always pop up 'Something bad has happened and can't be continue.....'

Bro I'm thinking of mnp from Digi prepaid to Umobile prepaid, what do I need to do? Do they provide micro SIM or I need to cut it? Will it affect the network performance?

i tried the sim my other 3 devices, nokia 7710-s, note2 and huawei 3G modem.....all no problem
