*email is faster and it waste ur time calling them

Hey, i requested umobile to set its settings configuration to me on my LG KU990... but i didn't receive it... i tried to manually set it up but the pdf file is blank..

umobile is a piece of shit!! Everytime when I try to reload always got problem. Have to wait a couple of hours before I can make any calls. And when try to call their customer service, always busy! So if you are thinking of switching to umobile, DON'T DO IT!

umobile sucks! Activation for SWU plan take 2 weeks from the dealer. Got alot of complain. Customer service never pickup a phone. call like forever.

according to my friends, call dial is free of charge to 018.
what about in roaming to oversea?? what's with the package then??

the free call is betwen umobile - umobile not 018 to 018, if the 018 is celcom u still have to pay..

the suckest telco ever in history of malaysia..go basement sucks. digi better....

umonile postpaid can be only used at 3g phone??
hw about prepaid?must use at 3g phone also?

For prepaid, it's the 20% extra credit whenever you topup...lol..
Act. U Mobile is only suitable for those efficient ppl which talk very short, eg. less than 10 sec.. smile.gif

Your statement is abit harsh. haha. but u hv to take into account that Umobile is barely 1 yrs old and still haven't fully launch nationwide yet. and other telco's are already matured in this industry but still having problems such as drop calls and etc. My maxis 3g sucks in penang as well, and voice call still drop when switching from 3g to 2g! and how long hv they been around?

Who Said Maxis 3g is good? they also sucks like you mobile. the customer service even worst.

i am freaking frustrated over umobile now... damn frustrated.... although sms and call between 018 is good... damn good... but when at night, i cannot call out is the shit part... emergency like i cannot go home at night after work... wanna call... shit keep tell me number busy to whomever i call to... wtf?!?! i need walk to find public phone when my umobile is fully loaded with credit...
