New Member Junior Member 29 posts Joined: Apr 2005	thanks to mxploit also ... ups juz pickup my hdd n received by seagate 5th oct.. actuary can juz send to sfdc.apacsupport@seagate.com ask for upgrade firmware n they will contact u back... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- case open on 30th sept , 7th oct receive my hdd edi ... with ALL data still remain inside ... New Member Junior Member 29 posts Joined: Apr 2005	juz request for update firmware if hdd not detected and seagate pay for all !!! take time 1 week+ n return with all data ..
