Seagate 7200.11 hard drive firmware woes, Barracuda 7.11, FW:SD15, 1.5TB/1TB/500GB

guys need a little help here,
i got seagate 1TB just a few weeks ago, the firmware is SD15,
and now the HD are giving me problems,
that is everytime im trying to transfer/copy data frm other HD,
i will have error of event id 9 atapi and after 5 times, i will got event id 11 atapi,
and my HD transfer mode will revert from ultra DMA 5 to pio, then it'll start lagging,
another one is when im watching movies,
i will get event id 7 disk, and the movies will stuck,
anyone having the same problems like me?
so, what solution do i have? pls help me, cos i dont what to do,

thanks lovelies, i will try and see how it goes..
and one more thing whenever im trying to copy data from the HD to other HD,
sometimes i will get CRC (cyclic redundancy check) error,
why is that happening?
can somebody tell me?
