So where can i get the firmware update for my 1TB ST31000340AS ?My hard diskis OEM which means i cannot send it back to Seagate.

does the latest firware for the 1tb ST31000340AS can be update now ? my HD is OEM, and also why when i download the thing from seagate i only get a diskdetect.exe and readme file but i did not get any .iso image file. pls help thx
