Yea "cxxps" 20GB per month, and I was never told by the sales person while signing up. I only knew it when the first half month I reaches the download limit quota 20GB and the coolest part is the line is slow and got an email from P1, lets read what I got from them
"Fair Usage Policy Notification" (Click the spoiler to read the email from them)

Thank you for being Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (P1)’s customer and one of the world’s pioneer WiMAX users. P1’s commitment and goal is to provide our customers with the best broadband experience possible. In order to accomplish this, we have adopted the P1 WiMAX Fair Usage Policy and we closely monitor and manage our network constantly to ensure the best service quality is provided to all our customers.
A minority of customers consume so much data that they impact the online experience for other customers. Like other similar broadband services, P1 W1MAX is a shared broadband service, whereby the connection to the Internet is shared between multiple customers. This allows us to offer affordable broadband packages to our customers.
We noticed that for the current month your account has been consuming large amounts of data and have exceeded P1’s Fair Usage Policy of 20GB per month. Among the possible reasons for the high bandwidth consumption by your account include the constant use of peer-to--peer (P2P) applications like Bit Torrent and other file sharing software, regular downloading and uploading of large files such as movies and videos, and frequent & repeated viewing of high resolution streaming videos and video on demand.
We seek your kind understanding and cooperation in managing the data usage of your account, as once the 20GB per month limit is exceeded, our bandwidth management policy will be automatically implemented and you may thereafter experience slower speeds until the end of the month especially during broadband usage peak hours. This action is required in order to safeguard the overall broadband experience for all our WiMAX customers.
If you have any queries or would like to understand more, please refer to our Frequent Asked Questions and Fair Usage Policy online at www.p1.com.my or call our P1 Careline at 1300800888 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Best regards,
P1 Careline

May I ask, is their assumption true about you on the below?
"Among the possible reasons for the high bandwidth consumption by your account include the constant use of peer-to--peer (P2P) applications like Bit Torrent and other file sharing software, regular downloading and uploading of large files such as movies and videos, and frequent & repeated viewing of high resolution streaming videos and video on demand."
Important question:
Did the sales person lie to you on the 20GB cap or you never ask?Are you making assumption that there will be no cap? That's why never cross your mind to inquire about the limitation? Before signing up for P1, did you do research with other Wireless Broadband Provider such as Maxis and Celcom to see whether quota cap is applied in their network too? Note that it's a common limitation for majority wireless broadband provider in Malaysia (or even the world) to have maximum quota cap.
As a third person listening to your complaint, it's not necessarily true that the person who complains is always right. Sometimes people made a mistake and tend to put blame on someone else.
Not saying you are wrong, just try to understand the whole truth before making judgement on who is right and who is wrong only.

dont fully trust on the sales person...some of them know nothing of technical part but know only to hit the sale target, better ask the detail at official service center.
"A minority of customers consume so much data that they impact the online experience for other customers."
hmm...this unreliable assumption always state in Malaysia ISP T&C ...
Sad to say that most ISP in the industry such as StreamyX, Izzi, Maxis, Celcom, P1 etc are actually quite relief to have heavy downloaders to move out of their network to offload the network consumption. All of them carry the same assumption heavy downloaders are only minority, so they are willing to sacrifice this minority to provide better service to the majority. End up, heavy downloaders will be like parasite, hopping from one network to another until they agree to adapt to play along or they subscribe to their own leased line to satisfy their personal desire. I can say that for heavy downloaders, they will be complaining in all networks irrespect to which ISP, so it's not directly to P1 alone, they will be posting such complaints in all mobile broadband network.
