auto? manual?

probably u should take care of your exposure " -2..-1..0..+1..+2 " make sure it's on " 0 ". else increase your shuttle speed.

or bcoz of your lighting?

higher ISO means image will look brighter with digital lighting and have noise. Normally higher ISO will be used when u are in a place with low light source and you don't have lighting equipment with you. Picture with lower ISO will be better.
