well you need to key in all the cc number from the card then they charge you $1.7 something for verification purpose but will refund add in your paypall account and at the end of the your monthly statement got list there put PAYPALL(XXXX) where X indicate your verification number to key in for the paypall at the website. BUT be WARN if mistake key in the number for 4 times they cancel it and NO REFUND for that amount you just been charge.
