My pc could not detect my new sound card!, any solution?

I got my new sound card today, and i plugged in the my PCI slot, i open my pc and run the driver setup as what other user did, but the installation failed because my pc could not detect my sc...
any solution for this?

Yea, i cant find my onboard at bios, but i did disable the device at device manager.. Added on January 22, 2009, 10:06 pm i reformatted my pc, and this occurs in my deivce manager? is that my sc? but i could not install driver still.. This post has been edited by zs3889: Jan 22 2009, 10:06 PM

It still the same after i disable the azalia codec..
but in BIOS, the PCI there, they can detect a device is installed in the PCI slot..
