does ur motherboard come with an onboard soundcard? try switching that off in the BIOS first.
My pc could not detect my new sound card!, any solution?

what's ur mboard make/model?
if u have an onboard soundcard, i believe u need to disable it first in BIOS. disabling it in device manager wont make a difference. |
