Has anybody seen the Digi ads. in newspaper? 15sen/min to all networks. I found nothing about this in their website.

I hv a question here. If I am studying in a Uni which is not under D'Campus, and if I go get the Dcampus simpack from other Uni which is under D'campus, can I use it in my Uni ?
