guys, i wanna to ask about the payment adjustment... bcos the noob indian lady at 1U digi counter... her working style really slumber and seem dont like to work there, chit chat "rubbish" with customer and me and gf standing there for more than 10minutes...
 Her "collector ID" is YOGESVKactually was my gf's billing problem... my gf's billing was RM36.10 and used credit card to to payment... so the credit card slip showing RM36.10 that she paid... but another receipt which is issued by digi, but the receipt showing that she paid RM30.10 only... means tat noob indian lady at 1U missed out another RM6 and caused my gf still have balance there...  is it possible that i showing my credit card slip and digi receipt to other digi center(such as BTS, midvalley, Pyramid, etc), so allowed them to do payment adjustment from there for 1U counter? EDIT: why i said that the lady was noob... i did my billing that day too... my exact billing was RM60.17, but she swipe my card RM60.20... my gf exact billing was RM36.06, but she swipe her card RM36.10... hence digi receipt showing RM30.10..  since i paying credit card, should paying the exact amount lo... if i paying for cash, i will understood that why she marking up the price because she may dont have much small changes This post has been edited by gkl83: Apr 22 2009, 08:23 PM |
