I have to go to DiGi centre in Taipan as in Sunway Pyramid and Subang Parade, they can't convert my prepaid to postpaid and supp under my Ambassador line. If normal postpaid plan, yes, they can do it, but not for Ambassador plan.. sweat.gif

Price: RM128/month for 6 months (normal price at RM158). Price returns to RM158 after 6 months.

I don't think the price is attractive sad.gif

I port in DiGi from Hotlink on 1st day. Then on next day, it's DiGi Prepaid.
Only on the 3rd day late afternoon, it is successfully converted to DiGi Postpaid (Supplementary Line) smile.gif

Because I just apply 2 supplementary line on 15th Feb.
Only can separate account before 8th March, which they recommend me to do it on 6th March
In case like this, I think I better not to separate my account to maintain the bonus point sad.gif

Something strange happen to my supplementary line which I subscribed last month. This is a number porting from Hotlink to DiGi Postpaid.
Everything is fine, just can't send & receive MMS! Never success before..
I have all the DiGi MMS setting, and try in different type of phones.
And I have changed SIM card twice. Both SIM cards are 128K SIM card.
I suspected something wrong during the procedure of porting.
Or anyone know exactly what have happened? rclxub.gif
