Yes, they are implementing a new system for prepaid users.
They are in the midst of shifting these prepaid users to a new system. smile.gif

They are already using the new system. Now debugging certain stuff. There might be some interruptions on certain services e.g. can't reload and stuff between these few days.

That means you have reached the minimum RM 0.50 to enjoy Super SMS.
Well, it might be a mistake too because I have asked them today, due to the server problem. We, D' Campus users got that SMS too when we are not supposed to get because we are not eligible for that.
Just be patient. smile.gif

a lot of my friends were asking me what was that msg. so i called up the cust service. they said that is the msg that replace the previous "you have reached rm0.50 on supersms...blabla" so i was like..ohhhhh...haha

ya...my gf cant reload loh...and also cant send sms to me....but still can call to me....is tis the problem that u mention???

Yes, some numbers will be affected for SMS features, while some don't.
Can call, cannot SMS, cannot reload and cannot online using GPRS or EDGE.
These are the few common issues with recent upgrade. Anyway, it usually takes 24 hours to rectify. The careline people told me this. smile.gif

tis problem are so troublesome....make me cant sms wif her...

Well, maybe I was asking about the EDGE thingy because it was down on my side yesterday in Malacca. It took nearly 23 hours to get my line active again. smile.gif
Anyway, the upgrading thingy is expected to finish by 30th of April. smile.gif

hahaha...

and no wonder my calls are dropping today, maintenance har..

Very unfortunately for the prepaid users.. But at least once the migration is done, everything will run smoothly and you guys are placed in the new system. biggrin.gif

Ah no wonder my DiGi line is acting lately. Its my secondary line , and anyhow I hope they aren't silently rolling 3G phone services for mobile phones (i.e video call)

so miss fruitie , what's your say on this ?

laugh.gif 3G video call? As far as I know it will be rolled out but not that soon, it still needs more time to improvise and expand its current 3G broadband. At least my friends in the DiGi's engineering department told me this. smile.gif

I'm anticipating the video call too, very excited to make my first video call. How embarrassing. blush.gif

Anyway I am on iPhone 3G and I still have a 3G phone (with video camera). I guess DiGi is into providing quality broadband services by using 3G. That's a good move , at least the broadband services would be good rather then if its being used for both broadband and video calls !

i'm not sure bout tat.
til now no BB provider can do good in providing stable and fair line.
video calls, awaiting here...
