u shouldn't be checking oil levels esp when engine is hot. must wait at least 1-2 hrs for all the oil to flow back into the oil sump. that is the most accurate level. checking in the morning (obviously after the car has stopped overnight) is even better because all the oil would have flowed down into the oil sump already.

cheers.

Added on February 18, 2009, 6:54 amsphiroth, do u have any side pics of ur car with the r3 suspension installed? wan to see the height levels. thanks yo!

Yes, it will lowered your ride height. In fact, R3 spring is design to work with stock damper.

Wah3.. Everyone wanna use sport lowered spring ekkk... I'm already use it for my gen2.. I'm using 17" rim, max load for back seat is 3 person with no luggage. If full luggage, 2 person max.. Already use 1/2 bush for front and 3" bush for rear.

Now thinking of installing adjustable one (gap ha series).. Don't know which rate wanna choose... 5k front 3k rear, or 6k front 4k rear... sweat.gif Lot's of brand on market right now, but afraid it not meet my need.. Brand like IMP and Sustect (not tanabe) look promising.... It cheaper and better warranty but not serviceable and no spring rate choosing (6k front 4k rear)... HI LOW, SOFT HARD adjustable just too expensive... cry.gif No choice but just HIGH LOW only...

the serviceable will cost u near to new set, it's not worth (for me) unless it's fully / semi adjustable then different story.

Mayb u could now brows.gif . Its just that u need to do it if u start modding the exterior, to avoid awkward looks..just like sphiroth said. Also handling would be better what hehe.

Btw, our ECU can be resetted by ourself or not r? Just wondering if I can 'DIY' it sometimes if needed.

i mean those type that cost around RM700+ (GAB), where servicing will cost about 200/pc. Usually semi adjustable are quite stiff...maybe u can consider Tein?
